Settle Voices Community Choir had a Lottery grant of £5,000 from Awards for All to carry out a project on songs about the Craven Dales which lie in the south west corner of England's largest county - North Yorkshire.

The project involved researching old songs, writing new songs, and disseminating the material we found through performances, workshops and here on the website. We found twelve songs which we learnt at our regular Monday singing sessions.
